It throws light on the youth of our nation, who in the name of being liberal, suppress their own identity and strive uselessly to liberate those who don’t want to liberate themselves.
It also highlights the hypocrisy of the political leaders whose thoughts dwindle between the idea of what is liberal and what is not. This confused state of the people is what is taking them away from their own Bharat.
S L Bhyrappa ji opens the eyes of the readers wide to what true knowledge can do a mind. How it can transcend the thoughts of the most extreme thinkers into balancing their acts and truly pondering over certain topics from which they quite often refrain or shy away to talk about.
Eg- is it justifiable when you say that protect rights of a woman when in certain religions, they are beyond suppressed but you just ignore that, conveniently calling them as minorities as your excuse.
This book also gives you all the goosebumps about how the Hindus were treated at the times of the Mughal power and how in today’s times, just mentioning these tortures can land you into jail.
This historical fiction, brings you to the roots of our culture and scientifically backs it up which rarely any book does. It deals with heavy weighed yet important topics, which when you read, you cannot just ignore them but it compels you to think about it and hard.
This book is a hard hitting truth which the youth specially need to know, before they separate from their own religion in the name of secularism and liberty.
